SERVICES

7a Loans

Barista

The 7a Loan Program is the most widely used and diverse program the SBA offers. The 7a loan can be used for Business Acquisitions, Real Estate Purchase, Inventory, Partnership Buy-outs, Construction, Tenant Improvements, and Equipment Purchases to name a few. In most cases the maximum loan amount is $5 Million. The business applying for the loan must be for profit. This program is offered in all 50 States. A detailed business plan with financial projections that demonstrates the company will be able to repay the loan is essential when applying. Underwriters and Loan Committees take this presentation seriously when making a credit decision.

504 Loans

The 504 Loan Program is used primarily for acquisition of existing buildings, construction of a buildings, long term equipment and machinery. The business applying for the loan must be for profit. This program is offered in all 50 States in the USA. The 504 loan program uses not only a lender like a traditional bank but also uses a Certified Development Company (CDC). This means that the bank, CDC and the SBA will all review and make a credit decision. The business plan and projections will be essential in the approval process. The CDC, SBA and the Lender take this presentation seriously when making a credit decision.

Making Time For You

Checking Time

Time is important and in many cases the most valuable thing a person can spend. This is a powerful truth about the value of time. It cannot be held, seen or touched. Here at SBA HERO we value this concept of time. We have a business plan template that covers all of the lenders' needs when seeking SBA 7a and 504 lending. We anticipate roadblocks, establish tasks and time goals and manage work expectations. Your schedule may not always be 9 to 5. We understand that and will work with you outside normal working hours and even on weekends. When we are engaged we make the best use of our time and deliver results.

COMMUNICATION IS KEY

Coming together is the beginning. Keeping together is progress. Working together is a success.

When you talk we actively listen. We are here to not only create a business plan that is well thought out, but has the information that financiers require. An SBA, 7a or 504 Loan requests will in many cases not make it into underwriting without the business plan. A well written business plan can increase the likelihood of a decline to approval. This comes from decades of experience of working in the SBA industry and helping get millions of dollars approved for clients.
